Calling all budding detectives.
We now have the opportunity to add a second day for this very popular event. Monday 29th October has been chosen as the second choice along side Wednesday 10th Oct.
Both days will be run by Norman Kirtlan who is a retired Police Inspector, he worked for Northumbria Police for 31 years and is a specialist in forensic reconstruction as an artist.
Working with British and European Police forces he has been responsible for the identification of unknown victims and the arrest of murderers and rapists. He is an author of true crime books and illustrator of children books.
The morning session will cover ‘Clues from the Grave’, Profiling Jack the Ripper. In the afternoon, ‘Murder in Amsterdam’ which looks at a case Norman worked on involving two mummified bodies. Reconstruction from human remains and age progression. In his last visit he used different scenarios and was such a success many members have asked for another visit.
The cost will be £15 and include refreshments and beef baps and roasties. This needs to be paid as soon as possible
