History Group – Spaghetti and Marshmallow Challenge

To build teamwork and foster innovation the History Group took on the Spaghetti and Marshmallow Challenge.

The task was simple: each team (4-5 members) had eighteen minutes to build the tallest free-standing structure out of 20 sticks of spaghetti, one yard of tape, one yard of string, and three marshmallows. The structure had to bear the weight of one of the marshmallows. The winner was the tallest structure measured from the base to the top of the highest marshmallow.
