The entertainment will be a Quiz followed by Bingo then Play Your Cards Right all with prizes!!

This event is open to anyone, feel free to ask your family and friends and although Sarah is organising its NOT a Red Hatters Event so wear what you like.

To book please put your name down at the Red Hatters Board either at this Months meeting or contact Sarah.

MAIN COURSE

1. Shepherds pie, mash and greens, parmesan gratin.

2. Classic pork sausage, mash and greens, charred roscoff onion petals, roasting juices,

3. Pan roast chicken breast, pancetta lardons, wild mushrooms, ratte potatoes, sauce roti.

4. Grilled salmon fillet, oriental style dressed salad and French fries

DESSERTS

1. Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, vanilla bean ice cream.

2. Spiced apple crumble and vanilla custard.

3. Dark chocolate & olive oil mousse, buttered biscuit base, lemon balm.

4. Cherry bakewell tart, sour cherry compote, Chantilly cream.
