Following the enjoyable evening we had in September in support of Seaham Music Academy, another Ceilidh has been arranged for Saturday 13th December. See Christine for tickets at the meeting on Wednesday.

MENU

Starters:

1) Northumbrian vegetable broth, served with a bread roll and butter

2) Traditional prawn cocktail

3) Penne pasta with bacon, chicken and mushrooms in a cream sauce with parmesan cheese

4) Thin tomato and mozzarella tart, rocket salad and balsamic glaze

Mains:

1) Grilled salmon, spinach, green beans ,new potatoes and a prawn chive cream sauce

2) Slow cooked beef in red wine with baby onions, button mushrooms and bacon lardons

· served with creamed potatoes and vegetables

3) Grilled pork steak with sauté potatoes, roast vegetables and a pepper corn sauce

Desserts:

1) Apricot and almond tart with custard

3) Lemon tart with berries and cream
