Saltaire – Thursday 8^th May. Balance is due at March meeting. Cost is £20. Balance due is £15.

Whitby – Thursday 12^th June. I have now managed to source a 33 seater bus instead of 2 mini buses.  This has made the cost a bit higher but will be more comfortable. Total cost will be £20. Deposits are due at the March Meeting (£5.00). Balance will be due at the April meeting.

Carlisle – Thursday 10^th July Payment of £20 will be collected at the May meeting.

Kynren – All the tickets have been booked now. Payment for these tickets has to be paid by 31^st May. These payment will be taken at the April meeting. I will email all those with tickets as to the price to be paid.

Harrogate Flower Show – Friday 19^th September @ Newby Hall. No price as yet. Names will be taken at the March meeting.

As usual with payments money must be in an envelope with name, what you are paying for and how much. The envelopes do go straight to the Treasurer to check so it is imperative that you follow the above instructions.
