UDance is the second of our new groups starting this year.

Monday 6th January 1pm – 3pm at Seaham Town Hall

We will play your dance music requests on UTube for you to dance to 🎶💃. The perfect way to get rid of some of the extra pounds some of us have gained during the holidays 🥳🏋️‍♂️.

I need your music requests as your taste may be different to mine (disco) so please send them to me if you want something different, anything goes!
Don’t worry if your mobility will not allow you to dance, moving while seated or while holding on to the back of your chair is still great exercise.

Bring a packed lunch if you wish.
