Shaw Trust in Seaham are looking for two or three new volunteers to help out for around four hours a week as well as someone happy to be a keyholder and act as a volunteer supervisor for around 8 hours a week.

The shop is busy with a lovely team of volunteers but we do need some additional help and would love it if any of U3A Seaham felt able to give a few hours a week

Shaw Trust is a charity that supports people to find and keep meaningful work. We work with refugees, those with an offending background, people with disabilities or health barriers to work as well as looked after children and young people. Our shops provide a vital revenue stream for this work as well as providing volunteering opportunities for the people we support to build confidence and skills
