The last collection of money for the Christmas lunch which is to be held on the 6th December will be at the October general meeting on the 25th October.  Please come and find Caroline and me at the back of the room. The price is £22.

I have contacted the caterer and he informed me there will definitely be table service on the day.

Once you have completed your menu form remembering to write your name and selected meal choice, please hand the form back. 

Payment can either be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.  Please have the correct money in the envelope with your name, event and amount paid.  Please keep your menu order form separate from money envelope.

RAFFLE DONATIONS

We are going to hold a raffle at the Christmas Lunch, and are asking for donations to put in the raffle,  if you have any unwanted gifts that you want to recycle it would be greatly appreciated. You can bring your donation to the October/November general meetings or bring your donation on the day of the meal.
