The Christmas lunch  this year is to be held on Wednesday 6th December at 12.30 after the general meeting.

I have attached a copy of the menu for the meal so you can have time to look at it and decide what you would like to eat.  The cost of the meal is £22.00  

Please come and find Caroline and me at the back of the room where you can pick up a menu, we will be doing this at the September and October general meetings, we will also be taking payments at both meetings. 

Once you have completed your form, remembering to write your name and selected meal choice, please hand your form back. All menu forms and payments must be in by the end of October as payment to caterer is at the beginning of November.

Payment by cash or cheque, please put the correct amount of money in the envelope with your name, event and amount paid. Please keep your order form separate from money envelope.
