Rapunzel, the age-old story about a lonely princess trapped in a tower but longing for a life of adventure in the outside world. It will have all the hallmarks of a ‘proper’ Richmond pantomime. There will be amazing song and dance routines, fantastic sets and special effects, huge amounts of laughter, plenty of audience participation and, of course, those two essential elements – knitting and Tunnock’s teacakes!
An outing to Richmond Theatre Royal to see the production Rapunzel has been planned by Pamela Sharpe for her Strollers and Knicky Knack Knitters groups and she has opened it up to all u3a members, however there are only four places left! if you would like to go please let me know either today or tomorrow.
