My name is Helen Reay. Currently, I am volunteering to help Seaham Trinity Primary School revamp their outdoor area to make their playground spaces enjoyable and accessible for all. We are hoping to involve the community to help us achieve this goal. There is a nature area at the top of the field which needs to be cleared and organised. We would like to use this area for gardening, sand play, forest school and den making. It needs a lot of TLC. Would anyone at the U3A be interested in joining us to make this a wonderful learning area? It would be lovely to have you on board.

At present we do not have a specific date in mind, we’re just finding people who would be interested.
