Cassop Vale

Approx. 4.0 miles total – last walked in 2017. A relatively shorter walk than usual, however, there are a couple of fairly steep climbs and some superb views if the weather is kind!

Meet at the entrance to the Vale opposite the Post Office (DH6 4RG) in Cassop at 0915hrs. for 0930hrs. start. Car parking available on the roadside near the Post Office and nearby at the ‘Pub & Kitchen’ Pub / Restaurant, to which we can go to afterwards if anyone wishes. (opens 1200).

Allow 2.5hours for the walk.
