Cuddy’s Corse

Approx. 7.5 miles total – follows in the footsteps of the of St. Cuthbert’s Community from Lindisfarne to Durham. This final section is from Chester-le-Street to Durham via Gt. Lumley and Finchale Abbey.

Meet at Chester-le-Street Riverside car park (DH3 3SJ) at 0915hrs. For 0930hrs. Start. We will have a refreshment stop at Finchale then continue to Durham before returning by bus to Ch.-le-St. From here it is about 15 minute walk back to the car park.

Unfortunately there is no free parking – 6 hour parking would be recommended which is £3.10.

Allow up to 5 hours total duration

– and remember your bus pass!
